I moved out west for a while after high school, but I have been back in Beckley since 1994. I owned a photography studio for 5 years, but recently closed it. I currently work at Glade Springs Resort as the leisure center manager and enjoy it very much. I am divorced with 2 children. Comments: Im sorry I missed the reunion this time as well. I planned on attending this one, but had an emergency with my father the Thursday before the reunion and had to go out of state. He is doing much better now. As for me, I moved to Bradley in my Grandparents old house and started a whole new career path. After 10 years of nursing, I switched to resturaunt management. See there...you're never too old to try something new...lol. Speaking of "OLD", whats up with all the guys??? The women look better than ever and we just look old! Was looking over the pics and it was great to see so many people I immedialely recognized and missed. Carla Salango was my biggest crush way back when and like the others, still looks amazing. Please feel free to drop me a line sometime. Would love to hear from anyone, and again IM sorry I missed seeing so many of you at the reunion. Take care.

FORT MILL -- Mrs. Fisher, 37, of Fort Mill, SC died Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at home following a courageous 15 month battle against cancer.
Kristy was a 1988 graduate of Shady Spring High School in Shady Spring WV. She attended Marshall University, Coastal Carolina University, and earned an Associate Degree from Mountain State University.
She is survived by her husband, Chip Fisher; 8 year old daughter, Ashlyn Fisher; parents, Bill and Donna O'Field of Daniels, WV; brother, Steve O'Field of Beaver, WV; maternal grandmother, Millie Ong of Charleston, WV; and paternal grandparents, Harold and Betty O'Field of Lewisburg, WV.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM on Thursday, August 30th 2007 at Wolfe Funeral Home (803) 547-7575, 314 Spratt St in Fort Mill, SC. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Beckley, WV.
The family would like to give special thanks to the staff and especially Barb McGoye of Hospice of North Carolina.
In lieu of flowers, a college savings account has been established in her daughter's name Ashlyn Alexandra Fisher. Donations may be mailed to Ashlyn Fisher College Savings Fund, 311 Altovista Ct., Fort Mill, SC 29708.

To update, I graduated MVNC with an art ed degree, taught one year on the Navajo Revervation in Arizona, moved to NC, married Paul Bias (1984 WWHS grad) and have been teaching in Morganton, NC since 1994. I am currently in grad school at ECU and teaching at a new high school (Patton High School) opening in Morganton fall 2007. We have two kids, Briauna (10 years old) and Caleb (7 years old). I make it back to Beckley pretty often to see family.

About me: Happily married for nearly 20 years. Cindy (my wife) swept me off my
feet my Freshman year of college. We also started our family right away. I have
three daughters, all teenagers. Ashley is a senior (class of 2007), Kristen is a
sophmore and Danielle is in 8th grade. they are all very musically talented and
beautiful like their mom!
We live in Lawrenceville, GA where I serve as an associate pastor at a church
and work extensively with teens in our community. Cindy has a catering business
and works an event manager at the Bona Allen Mansion in Buford, GA near the Mall
of GA.
I've only been back to Woodrow twice since leaving for college so i hope we can
work it out to come. It would be great to revisit everyone the campus and catch
up with all the gang.

Comments: I'm getting sooooo excited about seeing everyone this summer! Can you
believe it's been 20 years?!? I can't wait. I've only been able to keep in
touch with a dozen or so from our class so I can't wait to see how everyone is.
I hope you have all had a blessed life so far. I live just outside of Hickory NC
with Mike, my husband of almost 18 years, yeah, the same guy I dated since I was
16. We have three crazy kids.
Laurel is 11 and in the 6th grade, she's my bookworm. Can I brag a
little?? She is on the Battle of the Books Team, Knowledge Masters, and won the
Math Olympiad for her school, she's part of the Duke Talent Identification
Program, and the Academic and Intellectually Gifted Program. The best thing
about Laurel is she's just a cool kid! She plays volleyball, has taken dance for
8yrs and loves to draw and paint.
Holly is 7 and just a joy to be around. She's our little "drama queen" and
prissy girl. She's her own person and doesn't mind telling you her opinion with
such humor and flair that she'll have you in stitches. She's doing great in
school and loves to dance, take gymnastics, and cheer.
Last but not least is Forrest. He's 6 and all boy!! Need I say more? He is
a ball of energy. He is involved in baseball, soccer, and basketball, we've got
to do something to burn off all that energy. He's in kindergarten and loving it.
He has been moved to first grade for reading and doing great. He won't be
outdone by his sisters.
So as you can see my world is consumed with my children right now and I
wouldn't have it any other way. I have started back to work part-time since
Forrest started Kindergarten this year. I'm working as office support at a
Nationwide office and plan to get my license this summer. I will probably still
only work part-time so I can stay involved with my kids. I'm a classroom mother
and coach volleyball and soft-ball.

Just a quick note to everyone regarding our not-so 20th Reunion this summer. I
emailed Mrs. Gauldin a couple of weeks ago regarding any information that she
may have about our reunion this year. (As you all may remember, her son Matt
was on our Student Goverment, and she was our class sponsor.) Anyway, Mrs.
Gauldin stated, that at this point she had no information that anything is being
planned for our 20th Reunion. She did mention however that some time ago an e
mail message on the WWHS website said the class of '87 had some unclaimed money
in the treasury, (thru tax dept.), for the purpose of a class Reunion.
Does anyone know how to get ahold of Joy Maramba or Ingrid Michael? I was told
they both helped plan the 10 year.

to the Tampa Bay area. I was married and was blessed with a wonderful son, Derrick who is 13 now, unfortunately my
marriage to Chuck Farruggia didn't last. Divorced for about 10 years, but enjoy being on my own. Haven't been to

live in the Lake Norman area north of Charlotte, NC. We have three beautiful children.
Abbie is 7 Cameron is 5 and Quinn is 2. I am still a Fitness Instructor and I also teach
pre-K and art at my daughter's private school. My husband owns and operates a communication
company in Charlotte. Luckily the recession has not harmed his business. We visit WV often
and try and catch a couple of football games at my alumni whenever Marshall plays a home game.
